Payment information is processed directly by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. We also collect device and usage information and a random token stored on your device that links your projects and quotes to you.
2. How we use information — To match you with local Pros, generate visualizations, deliver quotes and messages, process payments, provide support, improve the service, prevent fraud, and send service communications such as quote updates and receipts.
3. Photos and AI processing — Photos you upload are used to describe your project to Pros and to generate AI visualizations. We may send your image to trusted AI service providers to create those renders.
4. How we share information — With Pros (relevant project details and photos), with service providers (Stripe, hosting, AI rendering), and for legal reasons. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention — We keep information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.
6. Your choices — You can update or clear your saved information from within the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information.
7. Security — We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.
8. Children — The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. SMS/Text Messaging — If you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and opt in to SMS verification, Clear House may send you a one-time verification code to verify your phone number. One message is sent per verification request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account, purchasing products or services, or using Clear House.
Clear House does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
